The Newark Food Closet is still open Monday-Friday 10am-12pm. Person registering must have ID and proof of residency for themselves and just proof of residency for everyone in the household over the age of 19 at each visit. Newark East Palmyra, and Port Gibson zip codes may utilize the pantry once a month. We do serve all of Wayne county residents but anyone out of those 3 service areas can only come to us once a year.
